Customer Agreement & Binding Acknowledgment

• I affirm that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age, am of sound mind, and possess the legal capacity and authority to enter into this agreement. I further affirm that I am legally permitted under the laws and regulations of my jurisdiction to purchase, possess, handle, and use research chemicals and related compounds.

• I acknowledge and fully understand that all products marketed, distributed, or sold by Peak Performance Peptides are strictly and exclusively intended for scientific, laboratory, and research purposes only. Under no circumstances are such products approved, designed, or intended for human ingestion, direct application, medical treatment, diagnostic testing, or veterinary use.

• I understand and agree that all products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, suitability for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. I further acknowledge that no statement, product description, or material presented on this website shall constitute medical advice, treatment guidance, or a representation of product safety or efficacy.

• I accept full and complete responsibility for the secure receipt, lawful storage, appropriate handling, and exclusive use of all products within legitimate research contexts. I acknowledge that Peak Performance Peptides has made no representations regarding suitability outside such research purposes and expressly disclaims all liability for misuse, misapplication, or misrepresentation by the Buyer.

• I acknowledge that the sale and shipment of these products may be subject to import restrictions, customs regulations, and carrier limitations. I accept that it is solely my responsibility to ensure compliance with such laws and regulations in my jurisdiction and that Peak Performance Peptides shall bear no responsibility for packages delayed, seized, rejected, or destroyed by any authority or carrier.

• I agree that refunds are strictly limited to verifiable instances of shipping damage, reported within seven (7) business days of confirmed delivery, and that returns of opened, tampered, or compromised products are categorically prohibited.

• I hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peak Performance Peptides, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, successors, and assigns, against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including attorney’s fees and court costs) arising out of or in any way related to the purchase, possession, handling, or use of products obtained from Peak Performance Peptides.

• I further acknowledge and agree that in the event of dispute, the sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall lie within the courts of [Your State], specifically within [Your County], and that the lawsof that jurisdiction shall govern this agreement.

• I affirm that I have carefully read, fully understood, and voluntarily accept all provisions of the Legal Disclaimers & Terms of Use provided by Peak Performance Peptides, which are incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth.

■ I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all of the above terms, conditions, disclaimers, and limitations. I acknowledge that this agreement is binding and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
