Indemnification & Release

• The Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peak Performance Peptides, its affiliates, officers, employees, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to the Buyer’s purchase, possession, handling, or use of products.

•  The Buyer further waives, releases, and discharges Peak Performance Peptides from any present or future claims, actions, or demands of any kind, whether known or unknown, in connection with misuse, unlawful possession, or misrepresentation.

• This indemnification shall survive termination of the Buyer’s relationship with Peak Performance Peptides.

Shipping & Handling Policy

• All shipments are clearly labeled with ‘For Research Use Only – Not For Human Consumption.’

• The Buyer bears sole responsibility for ensuring compliance with import laws, shipping restrictions, and customs regulations within their jurisdiction.

• Peak Performance Peptides disclaims liability for packages delayed, seized, or destroyed by carriers, customs officials, or

regulatory authorities.

Refund & Returns

• Returns of opened, tampered, or compromised products are strictly prohibited under all circumstances.

• Refunds are limited exclusively to verifiable cases of shipping damage, reported in writing within seven (7) business days of confirmed delivery.

• Under no circumstances shall Peak Performance Peptides be liable for refunds or replacements for products seized,

Additional Protective Measures

•  Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are retained to substantiate product quality, integrity, and transparency of sourcing.

•  Limitation of Liability: Peak Performance Peptides’ total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total purchase price paid by the Buyer.
